The aid, from the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness of the Government of Spain, is aimed at the introduction of workforce dedicated to R&D&I in Spain, and more precisely to PhD personnel. According to the field of activity of the company, the introduction of a professional with previous knowledge in the type of applications of the brand will strengthen the company´s R&D&I. Therefore, this individual will add value to the current developments of the organization.

The main goal of this initiative is to encourage PhD contracts by interested companies, Technological Parks, Technological Hub Centres of Innovation, Business Associations and Scientific Centres for project development of industrial research, experimental development and studies in prior technical feasibility as well as encouraging training promotion.

Sieltec Canarias will count with a PhD professional in Physics with over 14 years of experience in solar radiation. Its professional background has been demonstrated by countless scientific publications nationally and overseas. Therefore, its participation in the organization will take place to major advances owed by knowledge transfer, research and joint collaboration with our Senior Researcher who also holds a PhD in Physics.
